Tariff

Proofreading

We offer a range of tariffs depending on your requirements:

bullet

7 day service: £20 per hour [or 2000 words]

bullet

5 day express service: £25 per hour [or 2000 words]

bullet

3 day mega-express service: £30 per hour [or 2000 words]

bullet

24 hour service: £40 per hour [or 2000 words] - please call to request this service as in busy times it may be unavailable

Please state your deadline when sending work to ensure you receive the best tariff.

Discount for any documents 60,000 words or more or for registered charities

 

Proofreading hard copy – We will use the British standard proofreading marks [see Proofreading Marks] for proof correction and return the original copy clearly marked up by post.

When sending your documents please use recorded delivery.

 

Proofreading on-screen We will use Microsoft Word which will allows us  to add 'comments' and ‘track changes' made to the document [see Track Changes and Comments in Microsoft Word for guidelines on how to use these feature].

We will send the finished electronic file via email. Microsoft Word allows you  to view the original document, the document containing all the changes and the proofread version, with all changes incorporated. We will keep a back-up of all edited on-screen work for two months.We would also suggest that you make a back-up copy of the file once you receive it, as we will not be able to provide a replacement after this period.
