One-to-one courses

For anyone who is interested in learning to speak English, or just improve upon your current language level, we offer a wide variety of quality one-to-one courses tailored to your specific needs, taught at a pace to suit you, in a comfortable neutral environment.

No matter who you are or what your level, beginners, undergraduate students, postgraduate students, business people, travellers or migrant workers, we can design a course that will suit your needs.

Lessons can be taught in your home, the tutor’s home or an agreed public location, depending on your requirements and preferences.  We can also provide online lessons if you are not located in South Wales.

We can teach small groups or one-to-one depending on your circumstances, if you require a course designed for a group of work colleagues, or employees, or even if your entire family wishes to learn English, we can offer this tuition.

If you require English language assistance please do not hesitate to contact us whatever your circumstances -  we will always aim to meet your requirements.

Examples of one-to-one courses that we can offer

English language development: focusing on grammar, pronunciation,  social and conversational English, listening skills, current affairs and cultural studies

Academic English: focusing on research skills, reading and vocabulary development, presentation skills, note-taking, understanding lectures, text analysis, project work, writing skills

IELTS training: all aspects of the exam - reading, writing, listening and speaking, supplemented by preliminary testing and assistance in booking an IELTS test.

This list is not absolute - when we meet to discuss your needs in a FREE consultation, we will design a course suited to your specific requests.
